A Love Story Artist is my creative arts studio specializing in
prints, stationery, and custom artwork.

My name is Jackie Nelson, the artist behind A Love Story Artist. Working in the design field for several years, I found myself enamored with my client’s most personal projects; the ones about loved ones and brimmed with nostalgia. Inspired by how relationships color life, I set out to establish a studio focused on celebrating connections.

I have long been captivated by paper goods, stationery and love working with classic mediums like watercolor, gouache, colored pencil and acrylics. With these loves combined, I handcraft stationery and artistic keepsakes from my studio in Boise, Idaho.
